Minimally, you should add your hardware: CPU: GPU: RAM: Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Audio Codec: Ethernet Card: Wifi/BT Card: Touchpad and touch display devices: BIOS revision: Which of the guides on the sidebar you used. Adding a bit of documentation to your success post can also help others in the community who are interested in similar builds. Success posts like screenshots without documentation add little value to the sub. Thanks for posting a success! If you haven't already, remember to document your build please.

I am running karabiner and I think the app may have something to do with this issue (not sure though as it happened without the app installed-but before mapping) I hope this helps someone who needs to plug and unplug a usb device on log in. It's a hacky solution but it works, is completely invisible and only needs to be performed on reset / login once. To solve this problem I wrote a script that waits a bit then reenumerates the usb keyboard using apple's USB prober tool (see link). This lasts after sleeping but not after logging out (need to unplug and plug again). The keyboard will work, however, if I unplug and then plug it back it. I tried mapping the usb ports using corpnewt's tool and a few other things but nothing has worked so far. I could type my password at the log in screen but when macos loads, the keyboard will cut out. It shows itself to the operating system as a usb hub with the keyboard just plugged into to one of the usb ports on this hub (hub vendor: TERMINUS TECHNOLOGY INC., keyboard: SONiX).
